I hate to be the one telling you this… but the reality is, most of the information you know about vision is absolutely incorrect. I know. I am just like you not so long ago, frustrated with having to wear specs all day every day or else I can’t see a single thing (I used to be -5.00 myopic). I was not able to see where my buddy was when we went to the beach because unquestionably you can’t use your glasses into the ocean. I was not able to use sunglasses when I was a teen because I can’t pay for a prescription sunglasses.
Not only that… splitting headache will set in every once in a while that I can’t resolve.
All these altered when I learned the truth. I understand that glasses are not just unessential assuming that you wish to stop your vision from decaying, it literally contributes to the bad situation. Think about it.
Your specs are made for you to see other objects that are comparably further than what you would normally see in regular activities… such as reading magazine and staring at the monitor. This difference causes tension and headaches. As soon as I reduce the use of my spectacles, I realize a extensive improvement on the spiltting headaches I have been having since I was age 12… even before I started doing eye strengthening exercises.
This difference also causes your eyesight to decay more because your eye muscles would have to use more effort to contract for you to see close distance objects. As time pass by, this contraction will become fixed and thus chronic – or in other words, you could no longer control it.
It is identical toa backache where your back muscles contract involuntarily.
Luckily for me, I found a resolution that works. Trust me when I told you this is the only thing that works. I have tried anything that is avaliable – including LASIK – only to have my eyesight degenerate worse than it was before the operation. And yes, it follows with the nasty side effect of waterless eyes.
The solution I am speaking about are “eye exercises“. Though it is named “exercises”, it’s actually a method to assist your eyes learn how to rest. The exercises allows you to relearn the correct method to see by simple repetition. As long as you do it every day, it’s unavoidable you will rebuild your vision.
