Eye strains are more common nowadays as we spend more and more time in front of the computer, or reading books in our studies. Vision can become blurry and our eyes can become watery and bitter as we constantly strain our eyes. The first tip I have for you is to give your eyes rest. When you feel tired, close your eyes for three to five minutes and enjoy the darkness.
