LASIK Facts

LASIK is a type of surgery executed basically on the corneal (the clear outer layer of the eyeball) part of the eye. Long before LASIK (Laser-Assisted in Situ Keratomileusis) surgery was recognized, many types of eye surgery are being determined and experimented by surgeons to remedy certain eye defects and problems.
